    Walk

Brading train station is the ideal starting point for walks around Brading Marshes, a bird spotters paradise. Take the River Yar trail to Bembridge and perhaps ride the bus back. Brading station itself is home to a visitor centre, offering a history of the island line as well as providing information on local walks, gifts and refreshments. Well worth a visit.

Check out Brading’s places of interest and facilities..

You can walk to Brading Roman Villa, although it is a bit of a treck. You can walk along the main road, or travel a little way along the other side of the railway track towards Yar Bridge then cross the bridge, turn left at the lights and follow the signs to Brading Roman Villa. (No 2 & 3 buses will take you closer than the train.)
